What is the $0.99 Support Local fee? +
A small per-transaction fee added at your checkout, collected from your customers alongside taxes. It accumulates monthly and pays your plan cost. Once the cap is hit, you pay $0 — and anything above the cap is yours.
What if I have a slow month? +
If your sales fall below the monthly minimum, the flat fallback rate applies instead. We use a 3-month rolling average to smooth out seasonal dips so one bad week doesn't change your bill.
Do I own the website? +
Yes. Upfront plans: once built and paid for, the site is yours. For Build-to-Own plans, you own it after the term ends. We hold the domain and hosting until then as security.
What if I want to make changes myself? +
Every site includes a simple content management layer so you can update your menu or hours without touching code. Bigger changes are covered under your monthly retainer.
Do you work outside the Bronx? +
Yes, all five boroughs. We started in the Bronx because that's home, but we work across NYC.
How long does a build take? +
We target to have you up and running within 48 hours for Micro and Starter plans.
What happens if I stop paying the retainer? +
You keep the site files. We stop managing hosting and updates. We can transfer everything to you with a simple offboarding process.
